Мастер-класс: стимпанк часы «Mechanical»

Хочу поделиться с вами процессом создания настенных часов в стиле стимпанк. Возможно кому нибудь пригодится.

Итак, нам понадобится:

— стеклянная или деревянная часовая заготовка

В моём случае, стекло, толщина 4 мм, размер 25х25см

— очень плотный картон (толщина 2-3мм)

— металлические аксессуары самые разные, какие подскажет фантазия (шайбы, гайки, проволока, шестерни)

— мелкие винтики и шайбы к ним

— 12 крупных шайб, диаметр 18мм

— акриловая краска в спрее черная и золото

— контур по стеклу любого цвета

— 2 распечатки, немного доработанные в ФШ — фон и цифры:

— клей «Момент Кристалл»

Часы будут состоять из двух главных деталей: основы и циферблата. Для циферблата вырезаем из картона круг подходящего к основе диаметра и рисуем на нем необходимый узор с завитками. Поскольку прорезать такой картон затруднительно, то вырезать можно в специальных мастерских, но у меня свербело во всех местах и ждать пока изготовят не было сил. Я вырезала заготовку с помощью вот такого аппарата и тоненькой фрезы к нему:

Вот что получилось:

Щедро грунтуем заготовку клеем ПВА с обеих сторон, чтобы она стала «деревянной». Пока сохнет — откладываем в сторону.

Вагон паровоза-стимпанк часы на ИН-14.

Стеклянную заготовку моем с жидкостью для мытья стекол. Вырезаем круг с распечатанной страницы с механизмами и лицевую сторону покрываем акриловым спрей-лаком. Затем аккуратно приклеиваем круг на ПВА, совмещая центр заготовки и распечатки. Тщательно разглаживаем бумагу, чтобы не осталось пузырей. Я разглаживаю фетровым ракелем. Пока сохнет бумага, по краю заготовки отбиваем «рамку» с помощью любого контура по стеклу. У меня Pebeo. Вот так это выглядит:

Пока контур подсыхает, берем снова заготовку для циферблата. Размечаем на ней места «цифр» и наклеиваем большие шайбы. Я клеила на «Момент Кристалл»:

Теперь приступаем к созданию рельефа на обеих заготовках. На циферблате мастихином и шпатлевкой создаем легкий рельеф по завиткам и между кругами:

Стимпанк-Колобок (Steampunk Kolobok)

На основе поступаем немного сложнее. Вырезаем картонный круг, радиусом чуть больше циферблата. Прикладываем круг плотно к основе (на наклеенную картинку с механизмами) и «штукатурим» вокруг той же шпатлевкой и мастихином, создавая рельеф. По периметру не выходим за отбитую контуром рамку. Убираем вспомогательный картонный круг и получаем вот такую картину:

Когда всё высохнет, берем мелкую наждачку и слегка проходимся по шпатлевке, чтобы рельеф стал более явным. Заготовку циферблата покрываем полностью чёрным цветом с помощью акрилового спрея:

На основе накрываем снова картинку картонным кругом и красим оставшееся свободное пространство золотым спреем:

Когда краска просохнет, в центр циферблата делаем буквально пару пшиков золота, чтобы позолотить середину. При этом на края красиво ляжет опыл и циферблат станет с эффектом бронзы. Оставляем сушиться.

На основу с большого расстояния распыляем черный спрей очень слегка. Не покрывая всё всплошную. Когда просохнет, берем какой-нибудь слабенький разбавитель (я брала N4 пинен), наносим на губку и слегка смываем черный с углов, обнажая немного золота. Тоже получаем эффект бронзы. На фото не видно блеска к сожалению:

Теперь со второй распечатки вырезаем цифры и вклеиваем их на свои места. Затем эти окошки с цифрами заливаем медиумом для витражных красок по стеклу. Я использовала IDEA Vetro Medium в чистом виде. Он застывает и даст эффект, словно цифры под стеклом:

Оставляем сохнуть витраж хотя бы на ночь.

Пока можно заняться украшательством основы. Самый сложный этап — «ложные» винтики. Для них берем обычные небольшие винтики и откусываем у них кусачками шляпки. Затем к каждой шляпке приклеиваем подходящую шайбочку:

Сооружаем/подбираем всякие украшательные разности и вместе с винтиками красим в золото. Приклеиваем шляпки на свои места на циферблате, а на основу приклеиваем всё что заготовили:

Затем покрываем основу ( только основу) — акриловым спрей-лаком. Это даст глянцевую основу и матовый циферблат. Выглядит очень красиво.

Собираем конструкцию воедино, приклеиваем циферблат к основе, заднюю часть основы красим черным акриловым спреем, прикрепляем часовой механизм, стрелки, и наслаждаемся результатом:

Стоит только достать свои запасы для рукоделия и поверьте, обрезки тканей и кружев, бусины и тесемочки сами наперебой расскажут вам, во что они хотят перевоплотиться.

Я предлагаю свою версию небольшой, но милой броши из подручных материалов, которые нашлись в запасниках.

Итак, что у нас нашлось в закромах: ткань грубого переплетения, волокна которой имитируют лен и окрашены в золотистый оттенок, мешковина пшеничного оттенка (она ведь бывает и серой), деревянные и стеклянные бусины — этого достаточно, чтобы соорудить пару брошек. Также понадобятся иголки с большим и оч-чень большим ушком, клеевая паутинка, кусочки бязи или дублерин, нитки в цвет ткани, декоративные элементы и стандартный набор инструментов для шитья.

Розочку скручиваем известным приемом — полоску ткани, сложенную вдвое сначала закручиваем (размер может варьироваться ширина в сложенноом виде 1,5-2 см, длина 25-30 см +-) после трех-четырех оборотов начинаем закладывать полоску от себя под углом 45 град и фиксировать снизу, делая несколько закрепляющих стежков.

Когда розочка готова, смотрим, что можно сделать основой. А основа у нас будет многослойная Из мешковины вырезаем прямоугольник, выдергиваем волокна с каждого края и складываем пополам, слегка смещая углы — это будет первый слой — пришиваем к нему нашу розочку по кругу, захватывая иголкой только основание. Далее вырезаем полоску по косой из основной ткани. Или треугольник как на фото внизу. Почему по косой — так она лучше драпируется и нити махрятся, но держатся. В свое время я собирала волокна плотных фактурных интерьерных тканей — на фото это волокно коричневого цвета — тоже очень хорошо смотрится в текстильном ассамбляже.

Закладываем складки, одновременно закругляя деталь. Закрепляем стежками и пришиваем вторым слоем к нижней части броши. Далее нужно добавить акценты. Это будут деревянные бусины. Выдергиваем одну длинную нить из полотна мешковины. Двойную нить продеваем в большую иглу и складываем еще раз. Получилась нить в четыре сложения. Теперь продеваем две овальные бусины и с каждого края формируем узелок (предварительно нить у основания иглы отрезаем).

Далее прикладываем петлю и закрепляем несколькими стежками рядом с розочкой.

Еще один момент. Когда верх готов — то есть к основе пришито все, что хотели пришить, нужно обработать обратную сторону броши. Для этого я использую бязь и клеевую паутинку или клеевой дублерин (из старых запасов).

Для амортизации (чтобы брошь не продавливалась) можно добавить небольшой кусочек синтепона. Прокладываем слой синтепона и верхней обтачки небольшими кусочками клеевой паутинки. В зависимости от формы основания вырезаем деталь из бязи или дублерина, фиксируем по краю швом через край, по ходу подгибая ткань.

Еще один маленький моментик — если есть сомнения, что махрушки по краю броши не выдержат нагрузки в процессе пользования — можно их укрепить. Скорее всего есть специальные пропитки для ткани типа сальвитозы. У меня ее нет, поэтому махрящиеся края я укрепила все той же паутинкой, приклеив ее с обратной стороны небольшими кусочками. Напомню: паутинка приклеивается горячим утюгом по бумаге, после чего бумага отдирается.

А вот, собственно, что получилось. В процессе одна брошь превратилась в мини-открыточку с названием «Ода портному». Кусочек картона подходящего цвета как будто специально притаился в ящике комода, дожидаясь своего часа. Осталось только приклеить его с обратной стороны мешковины. Всё той же клеевой паутинкой.
